A little About Me

Born in the Bay Area, California. Currently putting down roots in Mexico City.

I am grateful to say that my path has been windy, rich and varied.

In overlapping chapters I have been known as a neurobiology TA, a holistic bodyworker, an athlete, rock climbing guide, a caretaker to a chronically ill mother, a community led sustainable development & harm reduction practitioner, a psychedelic explorer, soil scientist, a yogi, a student of Buddhism and spirituality, a loving grandchild, freestyle House dancer, a musician, a wild child, a somatic therapist, and an academic…

Through all of it I collected practical and intellectual insights about the human experience as a bio-social-spiritual wonder. Active reverence for generative rhythm and harmony in our lives, families and communities has condensed in my bones as well as a deep and relentless enjoyment of art and movement.

The golden thread that ties it all together: an untamable drive in my heart to embody and share medicines that honor all we are and return us to the place where we can keep caring for that.

I move fully with spirit and traditional wisdom as I do with well-founded scientific insight. As a many-lived multi-lingual mixed queer femme & practiced listener… I am a natural translator. I strive to communicate medicine for wholeness in ways that are deeply relevant to our times, sensibilities and senses.

My smile is just as big as my respect for grief.
